Homepage Refresh
At the end of 2016, we were tasked with refreshing the homepage (squarespace.com) with a new user experience that would be user friendly and informative, but also showcase our latest product offerings and messaging, and reflect our strategic position. It was overall well received, and paved the way for further design refresh across the frontsite.

Frontsite Style Guide
After the successful launch of the Q1 Homepage Refresh, I took the initiative to build Squarespace’s first frontsite style guide, which took the type styles introduced across the homepage and carry them to other frontsite pages. The style guide’s first major test of application was in the company pages.

Referral Modals
Podcasts are a hallmark of Squarespace’s advertising and marketing efforts. Listeners are often driven to Squarespace.com to obtain a 10% off promotion to start their first trial. These referral modals were designed to give users a more personalized experience when arriving on our frontsite.
Customer Support
Live Chat
Squarespace’s in-house customer support team handles all of the companies’ customer request traffic, often through the main Support site. Below are designs for a live chat module that would persist across all frontsite pages, and help users with everything from picking a template or domain to adding third party integrations.
